For over twenty years, Douglas County resident Richard Yoke (yes, that really is his name) has owned and operated an Egg & I franchise. After selling two of his Egg & I franchises in late 2019, Rich re-branded his remaining restaurant, located in Parker. Thus, The Egg & U began, but what better way to let you know that they focus on “YOU”!

Rich’s commitment to quality breakfast and lunch has not wavered. He still uses the same menus and original recipes that you have come to know and love. Your mother always told you: EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST! So, if it is a skillet, scramble or benedict, The Egg & U is a great way to start your day. The Egg & U serves breakfast all day, but also has a delicious lunch menu made up of fresh, big salads and hearty sandwiches.
